2. 1+ to 2 years experiences is better but not required
3. Excellent verbal communication skills
Job Duties:
1. Strong organizational skills, working with a team of customer care professionals in an energetic telephone service environment
2. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
3. Responsible for relationship management with customers and resolving or directing inquires in a professional manner.
4. Ability to translate customer expectations into marketing opportunities is paramount
