Where's My Order?
Our usual shipping time frame is 3-5 business days on all in stock items and 2-3 weeks on items from our suppliers. An automated email containing your tracking number is sent at the end of the day of the shipment. You may want to double check your "bulk mail" folder to look for this email.
If your online order status displays a "hold" status shortly after you placed the order, this simply means your order is being processed and is on hold for inventory verification. Once the item is confirmed and shipped, an automated email containing the tracking number will go out to you.
If it has been 5 business days and you have not yet received a tracking email from us, please email us at orders@furniturecentral.com with your order number (the six digit number after the dash) and the date of your order, and we'll email your order status back to you within 24 hours.
My Credit Card's Been Charged!
Your credit card is charged only when your order is scheduled to ship. However, at the time you placed your order an authorization amount may be reserved from your total credit line for 5-7 banking days. If you used a debit card or check card for your order, the order amount may be deducted immediately from your checking account's total by the credit card processor as reserve for the authorization for up to 7 banking days. If your order is delayed or cancelled and you wish to have this reserved amount released, please email us at service@furniturecentral.com with your order number and we will promptly issue a merchant release with your bank.Any Credit Card charge issues should inform furniturecentral.com first; dispute Credit Card charge for no/wrong reasons, customer will be responsible for $35 charge.
