Important: A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) is required for ALL MERCHANDISE to be shipped back. Please be sure to obtain your RMA# prior to sending back the package regardless of its condition. Any returned merchandise without an RMA# may not be processed properly and may result in significantly delayed return/refund process.

Damaged Goods
If your package arrived damaged, please email us within five (5) business days of receipt of package at:

Subject: Damaged Goods - Order # (Your order number)

and indicate the condition of your package, if any pictures of the package and merchandise are available, and whether anyone had signed for the package. Please be sure to include your order number. We will promptly process your request to issue a replacement along with instructions to send back the damaged package.

Missing / Incorrect Parts
If your package arrived with parts missing, please email us within five (5) business days of receipt of package at:

and describe the missing part. Include any digital pictures that may be helpful for the description. Please be sure to include your order number. We will promptly process your request to send the replacement parts.

Incorrect Merchandise
If the merchandise received is not what you had ordered, please email us at:

and describe what you have received. Please be sure to include your order number. We will promptly process your request to send you the correct item along with instructions on how to send back the original package

Exchanges / Returns
Important: All exchanged and returned merchandise must be shipped back in its original packaging.
For your complete satisfaction, you have up to thirty (30) days from the date you received (per tracking number) your order to exchange your merchandise for another product from furniturecentral.com or return for a merchandise refund. Please note that you will incur all shipping costs while we will gladly exchange or refund the merchandise portion of your order. Please email to:

and describe what you have ordered and the item you wish to exchange with. Please be sure to include your order number. We will promptly process your exchange request to send you the new item along with instructions on how to send back the original item. For order over $2000.00 and up there is a 15% restocking fee.

Package Refusal
Important: Without prior written authorization, buyer is responsible for all shipping costs (round trip) on all refused packages.
If you find it necessary to refuse a shipped package for ANY reason, please contact us immediately at
